These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nazzel's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nazzel is an AI tool that generates faceless short‑form videos based on your configuration and, with your authorization, schedules and publishes them to your connected TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connecting Social Accounts

When you connect a social platform, you authorize Nazzel to publish content on your behalf using the permissions you grant. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms, the Meta Terms, and the YouTube Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates those platforms' policies.

4. Your Content and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish through the Service, and for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.
• You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rules of any connected platform.
• You retain ownership of the videos you generate. You grant Nazzel a limited license to process, store, and publish that content solely to provide the Service.

5. AI‑Generated Content

Content is produced by automated AI systems and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. Nazzel makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

• Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Prices and credit costs are shown in the app and may change.
• Charges are billed through our payment processor. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; access it through unauthorized means; resell it without permission; or use it to generate spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or violates law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Nazzel and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or any particular results from published content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazzel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nazzel harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any platform's policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Nazzel's place of business.
